The Struggle of Association
I consider myself Polymathic,
But somehow lacking as empathic.
My fellow man is mystery
My thoughts are never his to see-
Nor are his mine for reference.
I meet him with indifference.
Although, perhaps, as study goes
I’ll advance to know what he shows,
And then interpret properly
emotions he conveys to me.
